JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead and manage the sales team
We need you to know how to build a professional sales team with high capacity and efficiency. At the same time, you also play an important role in finding and identifying potential customers by analyzing the market and building a target customer list.
Establish business strategies
We need you to identify the target market, build customer approach strategies and develop the market.
Then, you will contact and introduce DPS Marketing services to potential customers, present and answer customer inquiries.
And the most crucial point in the sales process is negotiation and closing deals. You should know how to negotiate prices, contract terms and close deals with customers.
Manage and develop customer relationships
Finally, you should know how to maintain and develop good relationships with current customers and attract new customers. At the same time, evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of the sales team’s activities to propose solutions to improve and optimize efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

This job has the following requirements:
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience working in the B2B sales field, including 2 years of experience in a management position.
- Experience in developing and implementing B2B business strategies.
- Experience in managing and developing a sales team.
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals with B2B customers.
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Skills
