Dear Valued Partners (Seller) and Valued Customers (Buyer),<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To ensure that Fanpage\/TikTok Channel buying and selling transactions fully comply with the provisions of Cybersecurity Law<\/strong>, Electronic Transactions Law<\/strong>, Intellectual Property Law<\/strong> and Advertising Law<\/strong>, our Agency hereby notifies the mandatory implementation conditions as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. FOR THE SELLER (Providing account to Agency)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before handing over the account to the Agency, the Seller must ensure the following legal conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Commitment to clean origin:<\/strong> The account must be legally owned\/managed by the Seller. Absolutely no transaction of accounts obtained through fraud, forgery, unauthorized access or appropriation<\/strong> of others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. No violation history:<\/strong> The Seller guarantees that during the management period, the account has not been used to perform prohibited acts<\/strong> such as posting false information, infringing national security or violating public morals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Clear content:<\/strong> The Seller is responsible for proactively removing all old posts, videos, images before handover [L\u1ecbch s\u1eed h\u1ed9i tho\u1ea1i]. However, the Seller must still be legally responsible for any consequences (if any) from past content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Establishment by Electronic Contract:<\/strong> The Seller performs transaction confirmation via data message<\/strong> (OTP, Email, Electronic signature) so that the contract has legal validity equivalent to a paper document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

II. FOR THE BUYER (Receiving handover from Agency)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the time of receiving the account management rights, the Buyer must comply with the following instructions to ensure rights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Responsible for new content:<\/strong> Since the account is handed over in a blank content state, the Buyer is fully responsible before the law for all information, images, videos posted from the moment of receiving management rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Comply with Advertising Law:<\/strong> If using the account for business, the Buyer is responsible for checking advertising conditions, ensuring content truthful, accurate<\/strong> and not advertising prohibited goods, services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Use legal brand name:<\/strong> The Buyer is entitled to use the received account name but must ensure no confusion<\/strong> about the characteristics, origin of goods, services compared to other protected trademarks or trade names.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Provide identification information:<\/strong> The Buyer must provide accurate information for the Agency to perform user verification<\/strong> according to cybersecurity regulations, to protect the account and meet the requirements of competent authorities when necessary.<\/p>\n
