11.3 Important terms
Out-of-scope work
Arising items outside the scope of the signed contract must be agreed upon by both parties for the unit price before execution. DPS commits to notifying and requesting confirmation before implementing any arising items.
Existing hosting
If the customer already has their own hosting:
• Standard Package: 500,000đ discount
• Enterprise Package: 1,000,000đ discount
Condition: Hosting must ensure requirements for features and configuration specified by DPS.
Source code
All source code is handed over free of charge. The customer has full ownership and can continue development after the project is completed.
Maintenance only (no hosting)
Annual cost: 1,500,000 VND
Condition: hosting must meet required features and configuration.
